Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to fill cannabis cartridges with oil, following strict guidelines and procedures.
- Ensure accurate measuring and filling of cannabis oil to maintain consistency and quality.
- Assist with packaging and labeling of filled cartridges, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Contribute to inventory management, including tracking and reporting on oil levels and assisting with restocking as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and providing product recommendations as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the cannabis industry, particularly in cartridge filling, is preferred but not required.
- A passion for cannabis and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow strict guidelines and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and point-of-sale software is a plus.
