Pincanna has a 135,000 square foot cultivation and production facility in Pinconning, Michigan, retail locations in Kalkaska, Kalamazoo and East Lansing as well as planned retail locations throughout Michigan.
The Tradesman Maintenance will help maintain the interior and exterior of the facility and all equipment required for production.
This will be achieved through ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
This position will perform maintenance on the greenhouse cultivation facility, requiring someone who understands the big picture of the building needs as it pertains to the operational efficiency, and process improvements.

Inspect existing equipment and recommend the appropriate corrective action required.
HVAC, irrigation, lighting, CO2, and other equipment necessary for operations.
Respond quickly to all maintenance requests Ensure company grounds and surrounding areas are maintained in accordance with company, security and environmental procedures and regulations.
Work closely with fellow employees, vendors, managers, assistants, and associates Prioritize, plan, schedule and perform daily repairs on equipment, systems, machinery and vehicles Coordinating and conducting greenhouse maintenance, and eliminating safety related issues General Facility Work - Performing any other facility related tasks as deemed necessary by the Maintenance Manager.

Qualifications and Requirements:
3
years of experience in maintenance mainly in the Electrical trade Commercial greenhouse cultivation maintenance experience Demonstrated understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other mechanical systems Understanding of general maintenance methods and processes Knowledge of architectural and engineering drawings and designs, building management systems, HVAC, building codes, fire/life safety detection and suppression systems, environmental management best practices and procedures applicable to facility management, renovations, and construction projects.
